First time service visit was mostly positive. Quick scheduling and availability of a loaner were greatly appreciated when my brakes suddenly started making a terrible noise on a Friday afternoon. The only complaint I had was that I was not totally informed of all the work that was recommended. When I spoke with Stephanie, she went through the different needed repairs, including an alignment, but she didn't tell me that the reason was that I needed new tires! So that was a surprise when I picked up the car. The person who assisted me at that point was very helpful but I didn't get her name. I never met the service people listed below so I can't rate them. I only dealt with a woman named Stephanie on Friday and another young woman on Monday Will definitely return.
By far the easiest car buying experience of my life. I love the people! Will definitely do business with them again!!!!!!!
Every aspect of my experience with Cityside Subaru was outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Mike. He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale. The cars, of course, sell themselves, but the people at Cityside Subaru create the loyalty, and they absolutely have mine.
Mike DiFrancisco couldn't have been nicer, more straightforward, and helpful. We came in with the Crosstrek in mind, he helped us determine new/used, gas/hybrid, and some other features. Buying a car can be stressful, but Mike made it enjoyable. The business office Mike (Nelson) knows his stuff and things were accomplished quickly. We were in such good hands.
Very helpful with letting us try out the Subaru Forester for nearly a half hour . Gene was really good about explaining the inside of the car.
I had a very positive experience. Diogo met me on the showroom floor. He listened to what I wanted and only showed me cars and options that fit my needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and was not pushy. I felt like everyone I dealt with was professional and transparent- not aggressive or hiding extra costs
