My car quit unexpectedly, and we needed a car ASAP - the entire team worked hard to get a new car within 2 days of our test drive over a long weekend. Very helpful, very understanding, and felt like we were on the same team. Diogo and team were incredible. Highly highly recommend.

Salesperson (and sales manager) respected my decision to buy what I wanted and did not push me to buy something that I did not want. Even when it appeared that the dealer might not have what I wanted at the moment in its inventory, there was no pressure to buy something that the dealer did have. In the end, I was happy to buy a car from Cityside.
