Nick was very helpful in answering all of our questions and anticipating others before we even had them. I see one reviewer described the staff as low-key, and I'm borrowing that term. We dreaded a hard sales pitch and were delighted that we did not receive one. Nick was particularly attentive to my husband's kidding about really wanting a red Jeep, which is a running joke in our house, and he especially wanted rubber duckies for the dash. When we picked up the car after it was delivered to the dealership, he had rubber ducks for my husband. Very thoughtful! Eric was very clear about the details of the sales and answered all of our questions about the add-on. The follow-up and offers of assistance with learning about the details of the car are greatly appreciated. Overall: 5 stars!
