What Others Say
I had a very disappointing experience. I intended to trade-in my 2016 Jaguar F-Type S. and purchase a 2022 Cadillac CT5. As I and Ms. Charice (salesperson) went on a test drive in the Cadillac, my vehicle was being inspected for a possible trade. As I waited for the final numbers, This dealership offered $19,000. I immediately rejected to low ball offer and proceed to my car. When I got to my car, I notice to overhead cloth was ripped from the overhead on the driver side. I asked for Ms. Charice and the General Manager to come and explain why this happen, but they refused to come look at my vehicle and give an explanation of the damages. I went back into the dealership reception desk and ask for a manager. Then Devalled Robinson (salesperson - on company website) came out. He advised me that he was an assistance manager. I told him that the overhead cloth wasn't torn when I brought here on two occasion: June 10 and today (June 12). I requested to have the dealership make repairs, but Mr. Robinson advise he will give the general manager my number to call me. What do I do?
After attempting to purchase a 2005 BMW from Rany Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville, we need to share with others our experience. First, we visited the dealership and took a test drive. The Sales Representative told us the cost of the car, including a Dock Fee of $999, plus taxes and license. We told him we were looking at another car and would be in touch.
Over the next week, we attempted to contact the Sales Representative, who did not return our calls. We finally connected with another Sales Representative, explained the situation, made an out the door offer and made an appointment to come to the showroom, check in hand.
When we arrived, we got a bit of a run around from the Sales Team. Even though we had an appointment, we were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected.
When we asked if they were accepting our offer, they presented a “sales worksheet” the list the price of the car $600 higher than we told the previous week, plus the Dock Fee of $999, PLUS PAINT PROTECTION of $999! Paint Protection on a 20-year-old car is ridiculous.
Buyer Beware when dealing with Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville.
A very disappointing experience. After a week of the sales dance (back and forth) we arrived for a scheduled appointment to purchase an auto. The sales rep presented a sales recap, which included the price of the auto, sales tax, title fee, plate fee, registration fee, and a "doc fee" of $1,000 - all expected.
What was not expected was a $1,000 fee for "paint protection" on a 21-year old car with 62k miles. What was not appreciated was the dealership's complete disregard for our time. As senior citizens, we felt disrespected and victimized.
Absolute terrible purchasing experience. We purchased a brand new 2025 ESV-V with 17 miles on it. Vehicle was delivered by a transport company recommended by the dealership with over $2,000 worth of paint damage. The damage was documented by the transport company with pictures before loading the vehicle. Our salesperson even admitted in texts that he had to "buff out" some paint issues on the vehicle before loading the vehicle and that he might have missed somethings. Our $180,000 vehicle arrived with dings in the paint on the front and back bumper, scratches on the mirror, as well as factory paint imperfections (paint pimples). We accepted delivery of a black vehicle at night because our salesperson said we would "figure something out" tomorrow. Took the new vehicle to our local cadillac dealership and received a quote for $2,000 to repair the paint and dings. Our sales person advised that his boss would only agree to cover $500 of the damage. I requested that they at least cover half and they refused. I then requested that they cover $750 and they refused. These folks made plenty of money on my $180,000 purchase and then made money on my trade in (2023 ESV-V), but they refuse to even pay for half of damage to a brand new vehicle. We buy lots of vehicles and we will NEVER work with this dealership again!
Bobby and the team at Randy Marion Cadillac were awesome. The buying process was smooth and super easy. Bobby was clear and transparent in everything throughout the whole process and walked me through every step. I am super happy I went with this dealership and recommend them for anyone else buying new or used.
A hidden gem of a dealership and salesman, Bobby T. Stuck with me thru the ups and downs of me getting my finances in order from start to finish he stayed onboard with me for nearly 2.5 weeks on my purchase, the dealership had the jeep in the color and spec I was after, local to me and a below average price with low miles. Last but most certainly not least is Mario J. the finance guy who worked my order, i told Bobby the only thing i hate about car buying is the end when the finance team tries to get you with every little charge possible, Mario offered items but never once made me uncomfortable or obligated to take the add on options. Hands down the best car purchase experience i have had to date.
