Megan in the service department is spectacular. My appointment for an oil change, air & cabin air filters, 3 new tires, rotation and alignment took over 3 hours. Megan was in constant communication by text updates, video messages or coming to the waiting area and updating in person. She would check customers in for their appointment, let them know when their vehicle was ready and had clear communication with the mechanics when they would come in for clarification or confirmation. I’d recommend Megan to anyone. 6 stars!
