Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

Called dealership to ask if a used 2023 Ford Explorer was still available .Salesperson said yes and gave a 10:00 am appt for the next day and if it were to sale she would call me. I told her that I was 3 1/2 hrs away in Georgia and me and my wife were coming in 2 cars to trade both in. We got there little before 10 only to find out it wasnt there -- it was sent to the auction because of many problems. We are so sorry they said and tried to sell me a Kia!!!!! I should have been compensated for my time and gas esp. for 2 cars I drove. I was sooo mad I could have bit a nail in half, A zero rating for this so called dealership not very professional

After a routine oil change they failed to refill my wiper fluid, so I went back for them to check everything. They refilled the fluid but the wipers would not work. I went back again for them to diagnose it. Then, they said they would get me a loaner car because it was a more intensive issue. It has been 2 months of me checking in every week and they have still failed to get me a loaner to fix this issue. Each time I call they say they will get one within the next couple days, but still no progress. It's been such a horrible display of customer service, and I do not feel safe driving around not being able to clean my windshields.

I was promised a $500 rebate when I bought my Kia Sportage. I have yet to receive it. I contacted them again over a month ago, and I have still not received the promised rebate. I’m extremely disappointed in K. Papaleo and the finance manager over this matter.
