After having a poor experience with Rick Case Kia, we decided to try Hollywood Kia which we had to drive twice as far to get to. Ernesto was very helpful and went out of his way to complete the sale even though he was off the next day and had left work only to come back. He was very attentive and followed through with the details of Kia Connect and making sure my wife and I knew how to operate safely. Very positive and energetic salesman to be sure that we were satisfied in the end. I would recommend Hollywood Kia and Ernesto to my friends and family. The trip to get to Hollywood Kia was well worth the longer drive.
