Polite & kept me informed about the service. He even went out of his way to check on my warranty with Finance-it's hard to find good workers nowadays, he's a very valuable employee.

An excellent example of customer service. He was polite, patient, friendly and helpful. Although it was a busy and slow day he really did make me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure my car was taken care of and gave me update every step of the way. Because of his positive attitude, the long wait time didn't seem as such.
Kia auto services is always a pretty busy place, But Umar was able to get me in and out of there swiftly for my maintenance. I also love the videos, gives us a lot of insight of what’s going on.
