I experienced an organized informative, effective and efficient intake process when encountering the Kia Team. In particular Luis was professional and personable simultaneously.
Good I liked the service but there was some delay getting my car when the service was already completed.
The service manager came and after listening to my concerns, went ahead and took care of everything. Everyone I met from the drive-up to the delivery of the car after service was very pleasant, kind and did what needed to be done. As of now, I’ve been satisfied with the service
