On time, easy and professional Omar was very helpful, friendly and professional. Work was done well and on time
Coming in for my appointment was a little unorganized. It appears they had implemented a new check-in system that wasn't as efficient as I think they would have liked for it to have been. All in all it was not a very bad experience. I just think it got off to a rough start. Hopefully as the day progressed the system that was put in place to speed up the process got better.

Normal, nothing extraordinary. The girl only gave me the bare minimum of attention; I don't think she knew much since she didn't offer anything that would have been logical.
