What Others Say

They went above and beyond with my new car they truly have the best customer service ever! They helped me out with my payments and found me the perfect car that I wanted!

Horrible service. No respect, no call back only negotiate on their terms and not willing to discuss. Salesperson was Ozzy

Being in the car business for over a decade like I was, I’ll admit I’m probably not the easiest customer. However, when my wife decided on a vehicle that wasn’t available in our local market, we had to go out of town. I can genuinely say that our salesman Robert Watson and the rest of the crew at Burleson Honda made it a completely seamless process to purchase from 2 hours away. Not sure when we’ll be in the market again but Robert and Burleson Honda will be our first call.

It was fast process and I love doing business with them! My sales person was very good at her job and made sure we were comfortable and okay at all times.

I get my car serviced here. Nice dealer and nice people. A week later I was looking at my normal service receipt and noticed I paid to replace an engine air filter $74.95 on a Honda Accord. I should have bought one off Amazon for $11.00. Was going to look at getting tires there for my car - but after seeing this - no thank you.

Came in to look at a used car yesterday for cash, manager heard my situation and came out with a car he thought would fit me perfectly sounds good right? Except I had seen this car online, and they were asking $7k over the normal asking price for a regular used 2017 Honda Accord. Do not give these conmen your money, especially if you are paying in cash. They will waste your time and spit directly in your face for trying to get a deal that is worth your money. I wasted three hours at this dealership begging them to give me a price, yet it seems all they care about at the end of the day is screwing you over to the best of their ability. I left directly after they came out with that price, try starting negotiations with a price that makes logical sense! Hope this helps!
