What Others Say

Steven is a very friendly and approachable dealer, helping me throughout the entire process, finding a car that's just right for me, explaining everything I had questions for, and securing a great deal in the end. The process isn't technically over since I have yet to receive my plates and all, and it was clear that all the typical marketing strategies were used as incentives for me to be more inclined to purchase, I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. To be clear, I'll edit my review if any undesirable things come up, but at least for now I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend them for a good experience.

Worst Car Buying Experience I’ve Had I understand that buying a used car comes with risks, but my experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bend was the worst I’ve had. Their 247-point inspection either missed or ignored major issues that should have been caught or disclosed. • The car was brought in from Canada, and rust had been painted over instead of properly repaired. • There was a crack in the rear differential and a welded radiator (which shouldn’t even be possible). • The radio didn’t work and the taillight was broken. • The car was dirty at delivery, and I had to ask them to vacuum it before I left. Thankfully, I purchased the aftermarket warranty, which has saved me from even bigger repair costs—something the finance guy subtly hinted might be a good idea. I can’t speak for others, but if you’re considering buying a used car from this dealership, I highly recommend getting an independent inspection and being extra cautious.

Best experience buying a car that I have had! Front door delivery, Not all dealerships are created equal. This one goes above and beyond.

Excellent experience in both sales and in the finance department. My salesmen took the time to explain every feature of my new Gladiator and I received a great interest rate in the finance office. Altogether a very smooth transaction. Thanks, Scott & Shannon!

If you are in the market for a new ride I highly recommend you ask for Sales Manager Eric Kelly. He worked very hard to get a good deal for us. He even offered to bring it to us and pick up our trade and did take it in to have items put on it that we needed and brought it back same day. He is a super nice person that takes time to work with you. I highly recommend him and I consider him a good friend. Eric is not a high pressure salesman out for big profits. He’ll be honest and up front with you. Thank you Eric! For everything!

Worst experience of my life. Took them to court for failing to provide license plate information to the DOL after waiting 10 months from purchase date. Manager Matt is rude, and GM Katie is a raging B$&:. Couldn’t give me a car from here if you tried
