Compared to the Chevrolet Dealer in Alpharetta, Vladimir and JimEllis are a 15 on a scale of 10. They worked me into the schedule on short notice, honored the timeframe they quoted, did a great job and even washed the exterior, none of which would happen at a different dealership. I bought my car at Jim Ellis, a great experience! However I live 20 miles away. I’ve been trying (oh so many visits) to use another Chevy dealer who was closer for service and I’ve been screwed every time. From now on I’m going the 20 miles to get honest good service. Honest review!

I have purchased many vehicles in my 62 years. Jalen Jackson is by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a salesperson! His honest and genuine concern for me as a customer and exactly what I wanted was unquestionable. I was initially unhappy with the prep of a used vehicle and he went above and beyond through his manager and all service departments to insure the vehicle was brought up to my standard. He was never pushy when I backed away, just a friendly and casual check in to see if there was anything else he could do to make our experience better. After much feedback and perseverance from him on the vehicle preparations it was brought up to my standard. It was a surprise for my daughter and he helped us pull it off by checking on my arrival time and ensuring the vehicle was out front, running, and looking absolutely beautiful. Needless to say, she was speechless and overjoyed, and Jalen was a huge part of that.
