I called Brian about my car issue. He directed me on how to contact Chevrolet for a tow to the service center. He calmed my anxiety about my car issue and assured me it would be fixed. He provided reasonable expectations for the time it would take. He was very communicative when the car reached the shop and was completed. He's the best service advisor! He always recommends my next services and does not push uncomfortably hard if I decline. He's very honest in the service that he provides.

The initial person or young lady was not very friendly. I asked for Brian baker who I was told to ask for after making my three hour drive to the dealership. Upon my arrival I was not happy with the young lady attitude. Soon after meeting Brian I was left in good hands.so my experience changed about their professionalism . I also had a good experience next to parts where I purchased some carfloor mats. Because if Mr. Baker I am also mor knowledgeable about my vehicle
