After picking up my car today, I had the opportunity to speak with Shawna, the manager, who stayed after hours to personally walk me through the final service and ensure everything met my expectations. During our conversation, it became clear that there had been several miscommunications and misunderstandings that contributed to my earlier dissatisfaction. Shawna took the time to explain the situation, and I now understand there were circumstances I wasn’t aware of at the time. I truly appreciate Shawna’s professionalism, her willingness to go the extra mile, and her effort to make things right. Because of her dedication, I feel confident continuing to use Corwin Honda for my service needs—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
