My saleperson Alex, & manager Victor were very personable, understanding and no salesy tricks. Alex was very patient with me even when he had to move lots of cars around the lot for me to test drive a few while making up my mind. Once I decided, I was in and out with buying my used 2023 vehicle from them. I had a few unforseen issues with the vehicle and Victor always handled it immediately, going above and beyond for me. He could've easily said "Nope, you already signed on the dotted line, it's your issue now" but he never did that..He handled it swiftly and kept his word. It's hard to find people of integrity, especially in the car slaes business, so I'm glad I chose Kia of Berwyn to do business with. Because of my experience I have a few people close toe who says they will buy their next car from them. Thanks guys!

After leaving an initial positive review I must write a new one. I specifically asked my salesman Jaime if the price we were looking at was with taxes, fees, plates etc. He said yes so I agreed. But the contract had, certification fees ,tax ,title, doc fees. To 4600 more than what I agree upon. Very misleading. He was a pleasant person, but shouldn't have lied.
