The lot is a mess and the show room is dingy grey atmosphere. I leased a Crosstrek from a different dealer years ago and exchanged it at Tasca during the pandemic for a Forester. All was complete via the internet and phone. Just the pickup was in person. With the lease expiring, I tried to do the same thing. Picked the car and completed the deal virtually and only had to come by and exchange the vehicles. It took 3 hours to accomplish this when everything was agreed upon in advance. I offered every piece of information needed to get the paperwork done in advance. The service was awful and I only got any service when I became agitated and the GM got involved. My wife has had similar service at Tasca VW. If Tasca is in the name, don’t go.
First time i was here wonderful. Today lied about the wait, clocked in early, extra time and extra $. Yet on-line rated as less than usual wait

I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment.
I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. It was a part that had a lifetime warranty I was told, so I was happy with the honesty in which the matter was handled.
The service appointment went very smoothly. The service advisor, Charlene Russo, went out of her way to ensure a swift installation and completion of the job. Charlene was fantastic!
The other people I spoke to there were also very helpful when I noticed a small issue after the fact, and it was taken care of quickly, and without question!
I've always had trouble trusting other dealers' service department, but your service area gets high marks from me.
Charlene and the rest of the staff, from parts to installation, were top notch, and will be a big consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, and will easily recommend Tasca to others for that same reason
