I'm super pleased with my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Plug-in! My salesperson, Sonangie Sequi was terrific! She took ample time to explain how the hybrid works, and reviewed all the new features. She very patiently answered all my questions. And even sent me a video to help me learn about my purchase. I am happy and grateful!!

Best experience ever. When I walked into Subaru for the first time and was greeted by this wonderful young man name Jeffrey Deleon . This was my first time leasing a car instead of purchasing. Jeffrey sat down with me and was very patient he took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation in a very professional and friendly manner. They have good used car prices lower and do not added hidden fees. Very happy with how they attend to the customer satisfaction. Also finance department was excellent. Walter was my sales man and he was very helpful in dealing with any issues that we encountered.

Smith Cairn Yonkers, NY. sold to Tasca. I have 2019 Crosstrek. On May 29 1st service appointment offered was June 19, and car needed to be towed there. Person who makes appointments says they're overwhelmed. Sounds like new owner is beating them, not staffing properly. Can't get answer on questionable charges in 3 attempts- never a call back, never reached a service manager. .

just bought my second Subaru Legacy from these guys. First was when it was Smith Cairns. The same stressless shopping experience . Will, my sales rep, was a pleasure. all things should be this easy. What was truly delightful was what was missing: the typical high pressure stress experience which would leave you winded and exhausted. Not here. Simple straight forward explanation of everything. None of the "I cant's" typically thrown at you. Wouldn't dream of buying anywhere else.
