I wish I could paste the text i just received. So I'll write it out. Herbert due to the horrible review placed against our staff, The manager Zach in charge declined to order the mats. I bought the car a month ago, Zach was unauthorized to make the "mats" promise but did it anyways. I find to be a laughing stock in that organization. Salesman was good, Finance, I blame myself for walking out with out my documents. but never received after I requested them. Super lady though. Zach, The mats are part of the deal!!!!!!!!!

I am firmly convinced that good behavior be rewarded and conversely bad behavior be noted so all may be aware. In this care if zero stars were an option.. it would be checked. This dealership has repeatedly posted information on their website to generate traffic into their showroom - only to find out none of it is real. Then they follow up with a text confirming the vehicle you are interested in is on site.... again not real Each time generating a two - three hour commute... only to be told the website or text shouldn't be trusted. The sales staff suggests you to leave a deposit so you are the first to see the car upon its arrival. Eventually the car arrives and it is disclosed to you that they have raised the price of the car by $5000. only when final numbers are presented, noting at the "inflated cost" they are still losing money on the car - and will not honor their initial website price and very quickly offer a refund of your deposit. Slimey, manipulative and under-handed used car salesman are tactics are on full display at Doral Acura. Expect better and shop elsewhere for your own piece of mind. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service experience with Doral Acura. I purchased a vehicle two months ago, and initially, incorrect information was included in the original vehicle purchase document, which took almost a month and countless reminders to take care of. then the vehicle came in with a broken LoJack, which, to start with, should not have been the case I, as a customer, had to face, but even after the replacement of the locjack, it remains disconnected and is an issue that remains unresolved, and I am tired of contacting the sales team as well as the manager who assisted with the purchase. My calls, reminders, and messages are going nowhere. This has been a terrible experience, and I am forced to leave a negative review of my experience. Please stay away from this dealership!!!

Hi..Raul letting u guys know that the salesman from ACURA Doral ANDY..is an impeccably talented man ..l felt overwhelmed cause.of my past experience..n this gentleman just took me to should a comfortable level n took his time to take me step by step so I had no questions unanswered...now that's quality..wonderful..thanks again...I left with a car that suited me economically...n comfortable...how can I not be overwhelmed he put me in car...n priced..to my needs ..blessings for this gentleman I could be writing forever..
