Don't waste your time visiting to buy any used cars from Doral Acura. They list vehicles for one price online then once you get there that's when the adds happen 3000 reconditioning fee, high doc fees... reconditioning fee is ridiculous since a 2023 vehicle with 8000 miles needs nothing but a oil change. No negotiating would budge on fees make me wonder if they try this at the Sales desk I can only imagine what they do at the Service desk. BUYER BEWARE
BEWARE! Low Ball listing with bogus "Protection Pack" for $1998. I bought a 1
year old used vehicle with <10,500 miles and lots of factory stickers on it (ie, a
very new car) over phone/text/email from out of state. I had the vehicle
inspected by a 3rd party at my expense and shipped to my at my expense.
I agreed to the sale price on their website listing of $46,395. However, the
purchase agreement they sent had this as the cash price but the "total selling
price", which should have matched what I was quoted and what was listed on
their website, was increased by $1998 for a "protection pack". I complained and
they said the 'work' (allegedly a clear coat - for a 1 yo car??? - and lojack car
recovery kit) was already completed and also includes "everything...we already
did in service with the vehicle". But, there was already an $1199 "predelivery
service charge", which actually makes sense for "everything...we already did in
service with the vehicle".
While I wasn't happy about it, it was still priced well and I'd get something for
the added cost, and in my nationwide search for this vehicle, I didn't find many
suitable options. So I agreed to it and requested information about the the
protection pack, presumably including warranty and recovery information.
We've since closed the deal and I've taken possession of the vehicle, but still
haven't seen any info on the protection pack. My salesman has said a few times
now that he'll send it but I've yet to see it. I believe they fraudulently inflated my
purchase price once they were convinced I really wanted this vehicle.

Her charm is as delightful as a surprise tax refund, and her personable nature makes you feel like you're chatting with a friend, not sealing a car deal. She somehow secured me a rate so good, I felt like I'd just been handed a secret VIP pass to money-saving land. Everything was explained with such clarity, it was like finance had suddenly become my favorite subject. Manuela's so fantastic, I've decided I'll only deal with her in the future. If anyone else tries to handle my finance, I'll just tell them, "Sorry, my financial heart belongs to Manuela – you're just not my type!" 💰😄"

I bought a car from doral acura on may 25th 2024please do not go to theses people .they make you wait forever when we finally got to fiancé Manuel’s office we were asked how much we want our payments to be .she said for this the payment would be then she asked something else said this would be the price we did not realize the put in 1500.00 Acura car maintains 1440.for Acura care for tire & wheel YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO CANCEL .CALL ACURA CAR FOR MAINTANE FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK YOU WILL GET A CHECK FROM THEM NOW GETTING BACK THE 14400 THAT IS A LOT MORE HARD TO DO AS YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THAT BACK .every time you call to talk to a person guess what never no call back it is very very hard to get a person to pick up phone you can call first thing in morning just when they open we are extremlint busy leave name and number we will cal back to know avail it is like it is a joke to them
They were very easy to work with and provided great customer service, especially Pedro Rodriguez who was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with.
I am firmly convinced that good behavior be rewarded and conversely bad behavior be noted so all may be aware. In this care if zero stars were an option.. it would be checked.
This dealership has repeatedly posted information on their website to generate traffic into their showroom - only to find out none of it is real. Then they follow up with a text confirming the vehicle you are interested in is on site.... again not real Each time generating a two - three hour commute... only to be told the website or text shouldn't be trusted.
The sales staff suggests you to leave a deposit so you are the first to see the car upon its arrival. Eventually the car arrives and it is disclosed to you that they have raised the price of the car by $5000. only when final numbers are presented, noting at the "inflated cost" they are still losing money on the car - and will not honor their initial website price and very quickly offer a refund of your deposit. Slimey, manipulative and under-handed used car salesman are tactics are on full display at Doral Acura. Expect better and shop elsewhere for your own piece of mind. BUYER BEWARE!!!
