Scheduling the appointment was easy. The service was done timely and TJ always calls if anything else is found. Pick up was easy and they washed the vehicle. Always great dealing with TJ in service.

This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from! All they do is tell you what you want to hear they never resolve the problem I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade there I didn't even get it off the lot The engine started knocking so I got the salesman and the used car manager I said do you hear this noise and they say yes so they call the serviceman serviceman said it was lifters so instead of them telling me while you can't drive this car will they give you something else to drive home or give me back the car I trade it in they made me drive that car home with all that noise in the engine I had to drive 30 miles an hour cuz I was so scared in my blow up The next day they tell me to have it towed in who has that kind of money they should have came and picked it up but no I drove it back there then they had my car for over 30 days telling me I was all fixed so when I picked it up it's still was making a whining noise in the transmission which I told them about it still had a antifreeze smell coming from the engine into the car it was still wobbling when you drove it The engine felt like it wanted to shut off the RPMs were so low and fluctuating I explain all this to them all the problems I was having with it still after they fixed the lift a problems I took it back there several times and all they kept telling me was is nothing wrong with it they couldn't find anything wrong with it this is how they run this is how they act and that's how they smell so I went and got a second opinion from another dealership a GM dealership and they told me I had a transmission problem and something was definitely wrong with the engine again so giving them the benefit of a doubt I went got a third opinion from a Cadillac dealership that's close to my home and they said everything I pointed out to them they found every problem but the one problem that's was there is not on my warranty so I call Faulkner Cadillac and ask them will they pay for this since my car is at Cadillac they're willing to fix everything so firmly a week and two days later I have to call them back again and ask them of what's going on they tell me yes we will pay for it I was like oh that's wonderful then they tell me well you have to bring the car back to us and we'll fix it first of all my car is already at a Cadillac dealership and they're already working on it so after they're done fixing all the problems that I found you want me to bring the car back all the way to Pennsylvania to fix the problem that you want to pay for That's ridiculous instead of just paying the other Cadillac dealership for the work what's the problem I've had nothing but problems with this dealership they lie they don't want to pay they don't want to fix anything they don't even give you a loaner car they say they'll give you a rental car and they'll pay for it but in the end you're still paying for that rental car I would have never bought my car from them but this was my dream I said since I was 17 I was going to get a Cadillac from Faulkner Well that was the biggest mistake I've ever made I do not recommend ever going to this dealership ever they will only do you wrong and if you do buy a car from them make sure it's brand smacking new never been touched and don't have them services because the service people there are horrible they tell nothing but lies Italian there's nothing wrong with the car and then for test drives they take your car home with them to test drive them overnight and then bring them back the next day only putting more miles on it telling you they couldn't find anything wrong with it Faulkner Cadillac and Bethlehem Pennsylvania or the worst. All the general managers even the people that are higher than the general managers they don't care about you All they want is your money It would have been fun if they would have just fixed all the problems that there was to have me come back and forth back and forth back and forth to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong

This dealership is the worst dealership ever been to a my entire life The salesman is fantastic Matt The used car general manager Mark is terrible The first day I picked up my car it was broken I signed the papers on September 5th My car has been in the shop since September 7th and it is still there I keep getting the runaround by me calling no one has called me I drive up there I call and I'm still getting the runaround I'm still having to pay car payment car insurance on something I do not have I'm very disappointed in this dealership The service writer he's good but again I keep getting the run around about my car 2018 Cadillac Escalade My dream car that I do not even have but I have to make all these payments on it and car insurance I can't stop expressing myself about that some answers would be great some reassurance would be great The owner the big boss to whoever should be talking to me trying to make this right but they have not they give me a rental car but not a loaner that I had to pay up front for the rental first but they say they're going to pay for everything okay I'm driving something that I don't want to drive I do not like driving it it rides terrible it's ugly I'm very upset I have medical issues that I need to deal with and these people are making it worse I don't sleep I don't eat I'm depressed I feel like I made the biggest mistake in my entire life I purchasing a car from Faulkner Chevrolet Cadillac I do not recommend them now maybe after my vehicle is fixed and I check it completely to see if it's exactly the way it's supposed to be maybe I'll change my mind but like I said there's no communication there's no nothing I got to keep calling I got a keep going through different people asking questions and keep wasting my time and my gas to drive all the way up there to see what's going on and still I'm not getting any answers so one out of 10 I will give them a two only because my salesman is okay not the best but has tried to help me in every way he can but he's only a salesman not the big boss to fix things or get things rolling The service writer is on point very nice tries to give me everything he can what I mean by tells me things that I need to know or would like to know I should say cuz he doesn't really know me neither Even the service manager doesn't even get in contact with me I've lived several messages to both the service manager and the used car general manager and I've heard nothing they sold me a broken car then they even stole my all-weather floor mats everything has gone wrong with this car and then the top it off with general motors being on strike does not help neither but they're the ones that put these cars together and now they've been breaking down the five three the six two motors and all that stuff lifter problems this problem that problem crankshafts I guess they're called push rods or whatever but all that stuff is wrong Engine is junk transmission is junk and they knew this car was junk when they sold it to me they just rigged it up to make it sound good when I test drove it and then it was time for me to sign the papers I signed and then it was time for me to get in it it wasn't working You would think they would give me back my money and my car I traded in but they didn't or offered me something else or even a loaner car but they didn't even have that I'm sorry I'm talking so much but this dealership is not a good place

Nasty salesman when he found out I was only there to redeem a $75.00 gift card for a test drive.I never had a salesman that acted so nasty as a possible customer.They permantly lost me to be ever a buyer there again.

Had a great experience at Faulkner. Bought a used Chevy Silverado 1500. My salesman Jim Breiner was great to deal with. Customer service was excellent. I'll be in the market for a vehicle for my wife in the not to distant future. I'll contact Faulkner first for sure
