I had an excellent buying experience with Nancy Werner in Sales and Mike Barone in Finance. I was researching several cars across multiple dealerships. Nancy was terrific to work with throughout the process. She quickly emailed me all the information I requested information; provided additional background she knew from working with the person who traded the car in; and, when I was ready, called to discuss follow up questions. When I had questions about financing and warranties, Nancy connected me with Mike Barone. He was very knowledgeable about financing, recent rates and warranty options. He also set my mind at ease about the process for a PA resident to purchase the car in NJ.
I arranged to see the car I ultimately purchased on a Friday. That day, I also asked about two other cars on their website, that turned out to be at nearby sister dealership. Nancy tracked down the information, and even had the cars brought to her so I could see all 3 at the same time. I live over an hour from the dealership, and, when delays and traffic made it clear I would not arrive until just before closing, Nancy could have easily asked to reschedule but instead she made it happen. Nancy had all three cars waiting for me, and Mike agreed to stay as well. They made it all happen late into Friday night, working with one another to help expedite the process for me with purchase, financing, warranties, and insurance. I drove away that night very happily in my new car! I highly recommend working with Nancy and Mike.

John, the Financial Manager, also deserves high praise for making the paperwork process smooth and transparent. His expertise and attention to detail helped finalize everything quickly and efficiently.

Would Not Recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi
I've purchased many new cars over the past 25 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had—enough to prompt my first-ever negative review.
The Sales Manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the showroom being nearly empty (only one other customer), I spent two hours there. Negotiations felt like a game of telephone, with my salesperson going back and forth to the manager at least five times (it felt like a game of "telephone"). Even after I finalized the purchase, the Sales Manager never came out to introduce himself, congratulate me, or even say thank you.
The Finance process was equally disappointing. Rather than providing clear options, the Finance Manager simply asked, “What do you want your monthly payment to be?”—a classic predatory sales tactic. He pushed aggressively for an extended warranty and manipulated the loan terms to fit a number without offering any real discount, even after I asked.
This kind of experience is exactly what gives car dealerships a bad reputation. I would not recommend Ciacco Flemington Audi based on how I was treated.
