I called about a car I wanted to test drive Angel had the car at the front door all ready to go he was so knowledgeable not only about the vehicle itself but the entire process Angel even came in the next day on his day off to help me go through everything in the new car highly recommend!!
I spent considerable time researching and test driving makes & models around the various QC dealerships and encountered several salespeople at various levels who were friendly and helpful, and had just one really negative interaction with a salesman at an area dealership I won't name (MC-D) that I will never step foot in again. I ended up sticking with Chevy and going with Green after finding a vehicle meeting my criteria and feeling very comfortable working with Angel and Edgar and then also with Tyler in financing. I'm like a lot of people and detest the job of having to find and buy another car, so Green would be the first dealership I would venture back to when the time rolls around again.
When working online with Eric Whitney, I quickly realized, this is an honest soul, and I like his style. He was quick to respond, with accurate information, and even kept me updated on what was happening behind the scenes. This is exactly my expectation for top notch customer service. Even though the deal did not come together for us...because of me, I would buy from him without question in the future.
Everyone was great. Brook said that it would take an hour and a half and it only took an hour. Also, everything was perfect.
It was great and done on the time they stated to us and only the work.
My 2014 Chevy Equinox infotainment system (radio, gps, etc…) stopped working. I made an appointment at Green Chevrolet. Their technician identified the broken part and repaired it the same day. They also updated the software. The service advisor kept us updated while we waited. The infotainment now works as it should.
