I have been pleased overall with this dealership for the last 14 years. Several years ago, I had some issues with one person in the service area which was handled by management without any further problems.

I switched to Greens because the customer service at Toyota of Nicholasville was so poor. Greens and Ruel is providing a much better experience. Great communication and they listen to the customer.
