Everything was efficiently handled. The snack bar in the waiting room needs to be open.
Very friendly, the transaction was handled in a timely fashion, and the price was fair right out of the gate.
My appointment for routine maintenance was easy to schedule by phone. When I arrived (3PM), I was warned that they were swamped (and the waiting room was pretty full), but my car was ready at the beginning of the time window predicted. My service consultant was Alexis Cabrera.
Easy scheduling. Accurate estimate of time needed. Accommodating to work with. Pleasant and friendly. Answered questions thoroughly. Very professional encounter.
We were in the market for a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum in specific colors and optional accessories. Due to the relative scarcity of these vehicles and some of Toyota’s policies at the time, we had 4 dealers trying to find what we were looking for by this summer, even if we had to travel to find it, though we preferred to purchase it from a local dealer, such as Green’s, to support our local economy. Green’s and in particular Tyler Faulkner, our salesperson, and Bryan Vaughn, one of the sales managers, performed admirably in finding the car we desired by submitting modifications to a car in the trim level we wanted that they had coming in a future allocation to Toyota to match what we were looking for whose build date window was nearly 2 months away. Toyota agreed to build it as we desired. They agreed to not require any dealer add ons that we didn’t want be added to the car and to sell it to us at MSRP, which was as good as we could realistically expect due to the imbalance between supply and demand. We haven’t had the car serviced there yet, but plan to. We would highly recommend Green’s sales department, and in particular Tyler Faulkner and Bryan Vaughn.
There were some issues with the previous service. Kristen Bailey was excellent to work with to solve the issues. She worked hard to make sure everything was corrected. Plus, it ended up that one of my tires had a nail in it. Kristen worked with my warranty as I bought the tires from Greens. I really appreciated the team working to correct my Sienna.
