Colton McCrady was excellent to deal with. Good communication on delivery date. The experience was good. Only comment would be the wait to meet the financing gentleman was excessive. Since I was paying for the car via check. Also running my credit report without my knowledge, left a bad taste. I strive to keep a high score 820-845. If you don’t trust my check, then I should have been advised of the final amount and I would have brought a Cashiers Check. But then you could not try to upsell the extended warranty. The extended warranty had three levels. They did not show the individual cost of each level, they showed the out the door total price. Typical car dealership ruse, they should just show the cost of each level. E.g. level 1 + $5000.00
