Great experience from checking in with Alexa to the checkout with James. All my questions were answered and everyone was up front about time needed for the service and the cost.

Service was prompt. Alan Epperson was very nice and knowledgeable in resolving my phone issue for tie-in to the Toyota app.

Overall really good experience. Fair and straightforward pricing, highly knowledgeable staff, and the entire dealership exhibits high level of professionalism.

Well organized. 7:30 am appointment. Left at 12:30 so it was a long wait. Nice waiting areas. Clean dealership. Everything was explained well. Like the multi-point inspection. So far so good on repairs.
