Joe Courtney was a great service rep and kept me updated on progress. He went out of his way to take care of my needs. However, repairs took an exceptionally long time - 10 weeks. I am concerned if the technicians need additional training to more quickly diagnose mechanical problems.

Donovon Nicholas was very helpful and professional. While I have serious questions as to the qualifications of the mechanic (Ernesto Orellana) and his abilities. I had to bring my vehicle in for the same problem twice. It seems like the only reason this happened is because the mechanic is not qualified to do his job, or he is just trying to make extra money for the dealership. I would rate the mechanic 0 in this survey.
