I always have an outstanding experience at the service center. This is the only place I have my Highlander serviced, it is where I bought it and it’s the second Highlander I’ve purchased from the dealership and the second Highlander I have had serviced at the dealership. The staff is cordial and helpfu.
Great service every time I come to service my vehicle Oscar is very helpful and very kind
They keep their word on service and taking care of their customers. I emailed Oscar about an issue and he stood up for my wife to ensure we weren't charged a diagnostic fee to resolve an issue we previously reported. Fees and wait times are things that happen, they need to pay their people, but sticking by your word to take care of your customers is going above and beyond. They also will pick your car up and drop it back off -- easy when we can't telework anymore.
They've done a decent job of taking care of of my car's service.
