We needed an inspection and they did an emissions test, but they didn't provide the inspection sticker. So, now what do I do???
The staff very cordial and friendly. They gave me fast service. And I ma staified by the service and customer care. .
This was the fastest and easiest dealership experience I've had. I will forever recommend Koons as a dealership as well as Oleg and Steven as individuals.
Hands down the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Not just leading up to the purchase but even afterwards Steven was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 will buy from Koons again if they keep prices at or below MSRP.
