When I dropped off my car for it's regular 15,000 mile service I requested they check the tires because the sensor was occasionally coming on the week up to bring it in for service. While I had no issues with the oil change, the sensor came back on again a couple days later when we had another round of cold air and stayed on. This leads me to believe they ignored my request to check the tires, or didn't bother to put more air into them. Since I stopped to top off the tires I have had no issues with the sensor staying on. Up util this point service has been okay. I do wish they would include vacuuming the floorboards as part of the regular service.

Went in for a 6 month checkup, everything was okay except for the long wait. The prep told me it'd take 1.5 hours but in the end I had to wait 2.5 hours

The service team explained all the services and were accurate in their estimate of how long the service would take.
