Walk-in. My vehicle needed a new battery. None were in stock, and their supplier did not have any on hand. Staff contacted its sister organization and arranged to pick up the battery and bring it to the dealership. They did this with 45 minutes and within another half-hour had the car ready for me. I appreciated the can-do spirit of the staff and the timely service considering the supply logistics involved.
