I took my car in to Koons for state inspection and a general check over. Their recommendations were very good and the work was completed when promised. And this was after the first time I went there, last year, when they sleuthed out and fixed a problem another repair shop had caused. I have nothing but good things to say.

David went above and beyond to help me purchase the car I wanted. He even let me drive the car home so my husband could test drive it! We are very happy with our purchase and had my local mechanic check it out and confirmed it was a great car.
Great service from the entire team. We negotiated everything over a few months, but wrapped up everything over the phone. I drove 4.5 hours to get the deal done. Everyone was professional and able to assist.
