Do not purchase or service your vehicle at this dealership. My husband has purchased 2 Dodge Rams the last one being a 2019. The truck started have rear sensor issues. The message said rear sensor unavailable wipe off. We took it to the dealer they kept the truck about 2 weeks. No updates or communication was given. We paid 1184.00. He couldn't even get off the lot and the same message came back. He took it back to the dealer. They kept another 2 weeks he paid 965.00. Devonte was curtious enough to give a 200 credit and the truck still isn't fixed. I asked for a refund because apparently they do not know how to repair it. Devonte said it is a different issue yet we are getting the same message. Avoid this dealership. We are going to go to Countryside Chrysler in Jackson. They could not possibly have a more incapable inept staff such as what we have experienced here. Thank you Mike and Devonte for absolutely nothing.
I recently purchased a new 2500 Ram from Landmark in Morrow, and I will say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I had a number I absolutely needed to be at, and Lee and Cody made that happen. The process was seamless and quick. Lee was very informative about the vehicle and made everything smooth. Will be back for my next one.
Buyer BEWARE!! Avoid this dealership!! Unprofessional/Shady! September 2025. It's been 2 weeks, still waiting on the list of specs added to the vehicle making up the price we were quoted. I ignored the warning sign when Cody told me he felt I was questioning his integrity because I asked for the pricing details that should have been on the vehicle!!! They had different prices on the web for the same vehicle. A $15K difference, different prices, same VIN number!!! Reached out for a 2nd time by text after several verbal requests, beginning the day of the sale. The General Manager, Cody, wreaked of cigarette smoke. The young lady who was initially assisting us quit the following week after the sale of the vehicle. No response to our request for the price tag listing items added worth $9K they claimed were added to the vehicle!! Not trustworthy due to refusal to provide the price tag, ignored countless requests for the paperwork. Claimed to be offended because we requested the price tag with specs on the vehicle. Ridiculous...
My wife and I bought our 4th vehicle from Landmark Dodge. I appreciate the fact we left grateful for all the effort to meet my expectations. It's not often during the process you get within $4.00 of your desired payment. Large dealers can offer multiple ways to meet your expectations, in the end we left feeling excited they were meet. From sales to finance, the process moved smoothly. No pressure tactics. Be patient, Landmark will work with you to meet your expectations. Take it from a Landmark family.
Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service staff. They have had our vehicle for almost 3 weeks & we were told by Preston that they haven't even looked at it, "don't call me, I'll call you" and if you're not happy about it, call Ram directly....We filed a complaint against the dealership with Ram Care.
