Got treated pretty well very good service purchasing. The car was pretty fast. Wasn’t really a whole lot of time consuming like I had with Ford that lasted longer than I thought. Same with Renee Nissan. It took a long time as well, but not so bad at Lima Auto Mall service was pretty fast wasn’t slow dealership was pretty fast not really slow so everything went smoothly unlike my other experiences with dealerships.

The new car buying experience was streamlined with absolutely no pressure in the process. I look forward to having all my future maintenance done here as well.

I love this service dept. at Lima Auto Mall … they are always courteous and efficient. Their courtesy driver takes me to Panera if the appt. Is over an hour. They wash my car when they’re done. They’re the best! PS tell Adam and Caleb to put their pics on here!
