This is the worst service I've ever had in my entire life! I arrived in my new car for the fourth warranty service, 20,000 miles. This service includes an engine oil change with filter after 10,000 miles, tire rotation, etc. Before leaving the car for them, I checked the engine oil on a napkin and left it in the car. After 2 hours I received an SMS that the service was completed and I could pick up the car. I picked up the car and the next morning I decided to check the engine oil level using the same napkin - and I saw the same dark brown color of the 10,000 mile engine oil. Their entire service consisted of them zeroing out the readings on the dashboard in my car and not doing anything else! I came to them this morning and asked a question - why is there old motor oil in my engine after the service!? to which they began to tell me that they looked on the computer for information about my visit yesterday and they were absolutely sure that the oil had been changed! I told them to check the oil again and they laughed at me, they took a sheet of clean paper and dropped oil from the dipstick of my engine and after that they dropped new oil next to it and fell silent... I told them - look what the new oil looks like and what the oil looks like which worked in the engine for 10,000 miles! after that they began to assure me that the new oil in the engine was mixed with the old oil and that’s why it had this color, I firmly said no! it is not true ! and after that they said that they would change the oil right away, after they unscrewed the drain bolt on the engine pan and dark brown engine oil poured out, which had been used for 10,000 miles - I told them LOOK AT THIS! after that the manager began to tell me that the oil was really old and was not replaced along with the filter and that he was very sorry for what happened!!! I don't need any apologies! I was deceived by this service and if I had not insisted on changing the engine oil, then my new engine would have run 20,000 miles without an oil change and this would have led to a decrease in engine life, as engine oil loses its properties, which leads to wear parts in the engine! I highly do not recommend people to use this service!

Tyler was helpful , friendly and professional. He explained the to me what was going on with my car and what he needed to fix. The overall service from the time I got there and left was efficient. I left I happy customers.

Easy to make appointment. They took me right on time.i have mobility problems so appreciated Christian helping me getting to the waiting area and later back to my car. HE explained everything easily. he made things easy and enjoyable.
