Excellent service advisors and service. My car is ready in a timely manner and I don't have to keep bringing it back because something is wrong. I appreciate that so much.

I had a high dollar and complex repair that required coordinating with our third party warranty. Khing was excellent through the whole process, making the entire experience very straightforward. I felt like I understood where everything was in the entire process, and he delivered everything right when he said he would. Couldn't ask for a better experience and will continue getting my vehicle service with him and at Swickard!

All the employees seem to be trained no matter who you talk with. Very professional. They know their role. I get satisfactory answers They seem to care about the customer. I am impressed with the Toyota organization, especially after going to Ford of Kirkland for decades. :)

Swickard Toyota has a great service department with excellent technicians and service representatives which always explain neede services and costs.
