I am pleased with their service department. I have used them for almost 20 years and Khing the service tech has always done a though job. I’ve found them to be honest and considerate. They don’t try to upsell you and suggest things that really don’t need to be done on the vehicle. I’ve never felt I’ve gotten ripped off like I did with another Toyota dealship.

I appreciate the thorough care given to my car. The consistency of good service is very important.

I have a 2024 Tacoma that I bought at another dealership. Swickard is close to where I live now. They are like a well oiled machine in their service department. Easy to get appointments No waiting to get checked in. Their waiting area is super comfortable with good wifi connectivity and charging stations. Great espresso machine and snacks. Truck was done on time with a debriefing of what they did. Khing was my service rep. He was great!

Khing very helpful in answering all questions and setting service. We have dealt with him since we bought vehicle there in 2001. It's always a pleasure working with him.
