They have a Serious Deceptive behavior it is hard to be customer for the future.

I’d like to file a complaint regarding my service experience today. I originally scheduled my oil change appointment for 10:30 AM. However, your receptionist changed my appointment time to 2:15 PM without my permission. When I received the text message showing the wrong time, I immediately called back to correct it. Your staff told me it would be fixed. But when I arrived at the dealership, my appointment was still listed as 2:15 PM, and I was asked to wait. As a result, my total wait time ended up being over 4hours, which is completely unacceptable for a simple oil change—especially when the delay was caused by your staff’s mistake and lack of communication. This experience caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time. I would like: 1. An explanation for why my original 10:30 AM appointment was changed without my consent, 2. Why it was not corrected even after I called immediately, and 3. Appropriate compensation (such as a discount, credit, or complimentary service) for the mistake and the excessive wait. Please let me know how you plan to address this issue. Thank you.

I don’t exactly know what was done to my car as there is no details. And I was charge $55 for labor. I don’t understand the charge while I availed for maintenance service contract. Else the place is neat and reception is good. Employees are cordial too.

Very rude service guy. Guy with curly hair. He seemed frustrated and angry and clearly didn’t have good customer service.

The service appointment was on time. They completed it early. The service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.!
