Its not Lincoln cars its Lincoln dealers that are the downfall of this great car brand and Marstaller Lincoln is truly one of the worst dealers I have ever dealt with yet. We live in Dallas and found a beautiful 2017 Lincoln Navigator L with low mileage at this dealer. I called early that morning in late July 2019 and they said sure come on down. I was buy this car to drive my Mom and Aunt to various doctors appointments, etc., since they can no longer drive and I was also going to trade in their two Mercurys on the new Navigator. They gave me a superb trade in on both and said come on down - mind you an 1.5 hour drive at a minimum but since we couldn't leave Dallas until 3PM, which put us in a lot of traffic and the trip took about 2 hours. When we arrived to this less than attractive and very old dealer infrastructure we were greeted by someone that didnt know we were coming but a second came out and said he knew who we were and that he would give us the review of all of the systems on the car, which I said I didnt need but he still insisted and I said I wouldn't listen. They then moved us to the used car lot, which was a trailer!!! and the new car was nowhere in sight. They asked for the keys to both Mercurys we had driven down from Dallas and the salesman put them in his desk and then we were ushered into their lounge, which was an area made from desk dividers with junk chairs and an old tv. We were left there and just about the time I asked what was going on the salesman came back and said "we have a problem" and I immediately thought "I dont have a problem but apparently you do." He said that the OWNER of the dealer had gotten into our Navigator, the one that we had called about that morning and arranged financing for and drove down to Waco with two cars to trade in, and he had driven it off to Port Aransas, Texas, for the weekend! This was a Friday afternoon. I couldn't not believe what I was hearing and I immediately asked for my keys back and he wouldnt give them to me until I told him I would call the police. He gave me the keys and I told him I would report them to Lincoln Concierge and then I really became angry - waiting right outside in front of the building was a 2017 Lincoln Navigator in black BUT it was not an L model, which is the extended length car. I couldn't believe it - this was the car they were thinking I would buy and now I even wonder if the Navigator L I was dealing on was even a real car. It really doesn't matter because I left immediately and drove back to Dallas without a new car all thanks to the incompetence of this dealer from top to bottom. Like I said its not Lincoln cars its Lincoln dealers. They are just like a squirrel with its hand in a bottle holding an acorn: it just cant let go of a dime - customers are always peripheral. This isn't just this dealer its nearly every one of them I have dealt with over many years of buying Lincolns. The cars are the only reason I put up with this garbage!

marstaller found the color of navigater I wanted in 3 days . I was very satisfied with the diligence and attention I was given throughout the process.

I went to have service done on my MLS, I didn't have an appointment but they got me in within 10 minutes, they were very fast and friendly, it was raining that day and they still washed my car and cleaned the interior very good, I love this place because it is like going to a family member's home.

I have bought cars from other dealerships throughout my life, I have purchased several cars from this dealership for a reason, great sales force, easy financing, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Bobby Thigpen is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and very easy to deal with, no hard sale. The service dept is very easy to work with, and remembers you. You are not just a job to them you are a valued customer. If you want a great auto, and great service and a superior sales force to to Marstallers.

Very simply, there is nothing they could change to make the experience better from the initial greeting to closing "the deal". Thanks to all involved!
