What Others Say

Very nice and didn't take but about 1 hour and 15 minutes while I waited at the dealership.

Good Booby was friendly and took care of me during my visit. Three more words.

A little long on the time involved. I understood one person was out sick. Also, I was given updates on the repair and what to expect.

We had a very difficult problem with our 2008 MX-5 recording a P0704 engine code. We trusted that Med Center service department could resolve this issue for us. We scheduled service during the Thanksgiving week, which is a very rushed period of time. They took us in and tracked the issue to a “clutch sensor position” issue. They resolved this issue for us.

The service team informed me on how much time it as going to take to preform the service. When I came back before time, they checked with the technician to see how much was left to be completed.

There was an issue after my last visit. Tyler called and wanted to make it right. He did. I left satisfied.
