Awful. You could do better anywhere else. The first time I drove to Yakima from Ellensburg for promised service, they had not scheduled me at the agreed upon time, so I wasted half a day. Since then, I've been trying for weeks to reschedule and no one called me back. Finally spoke with the owner today, Amy, and the excuse was they didn't have anyone to do it. They certainly weren't interested in my complaints and then refused service. Fortunately, I have a document that I will be submitting to the BBB that says I'm owed this. They are rude, disrespectful and don't care about their customers in the least. Don't waste your time.

Dealer promised to send the title on my new truck as soon as they received the Oregon title from my trade-in. Oregon title was sent to them Jan 14 and on the last day of Feb they still have not sent me the new title. I now can't legally drive the truck I bought because my temp permits have expired and I can't register it without the title! After multiple calls they said they have received the Oregon title and would overnight the title to my truck and send me the tracking number... but then no tracking number. Has it been sent? God only knows.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I should have known that this company would sell a crap vehicle by the long one-sided agreement I had to sign. Bought a truck on-line which is a total piece of junk. Carfax looked fine but every body panel has been re-painted, there’s a huge dent on driver’s door which is going to cost $1000 to fix, the alloy wheels are all stripped of Clearcoat, the interior has a terrible smell, there’s water leaking out of exhaust underneath and tons of rust. Vehicle should have been accurately advertised with its shortcomings rather than “clean Carfax.” I am stuck with a vehicle worth thousands less than I paid. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
