Took my jeep in for gas leak , they insisted that the tank needed replacing and all components to fuel system. Without actually pulling tank and finding the issue. After it didnt move for 2 weeks I picked it up. Changed the o ring in my driveway in december and saved myself thousands of dollars. Horrible service dept!
The maintenance department has caused damage to wheel lugs, rendering one unusable. This has happened on two separate visits. The maintenance department didn't accept responsibility for either instance.
Dave at the dealership was very patient with us. This was our first time getting a car, and he explained a variety of things very thorough. The experience here was great.
Tony and jason were really helpfull and did their best to help me and my dad find a good car. Tony also did his best helping me with my paper work.
