My salesman Nick Mewbourn did a great job for me. I drove over 100 miles from Georgia to get the truck I wanted. Nick was waiting for me to show me the Ranger I was interested in, We closed the deal a short time later.
The tech wasn’t able to complete the service. It was not an error or problem related to the Ford tech. It was related to my schedule. My flight didn’t get me back in time, however he showed up as planned. We agreed to reschedule.
Made the experience very easy and fast. Got the truck I needed and all the information was provided.
