What Others Say
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our experience with Freeman Lexus was incredibly frustrating. We had been working with Ivette and Greg, who were great. They were communicative, transparent, and respectful throughout the process. We were told that a specific car would be held for us, and we made clear arrangements to come in and complete the purchase on an agreed-upon date.
Unfortunately, the day before our arrival, we found out that another sales associate had sold the car behind our backs; apparently without even informing Ivette and Greg, we had been working with. This left us feeling completely blindsided and very disappointed, especially after spending so much time preparing to buy that vehicle.
While we appreciated the honesty and professionalism of our sales associates, the dealership’s lack of internal communication and integrity in honoring their word was extremely frustrating. We hope management takes this as feedback to improve how they handle vehicle holds and communication between team members.
I have had multiple visits here. The staff are all friendly. I had an initial great experience with Chris Samler, who sold me a Certified PreOwned Lexus. Shout-out to Lars also, who plainly discussed the pros and cons of various service packages. My subsequent visits were all with service personnel, mostly for maintenance, thank goodness. All the service personnel are knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly. Freeman Lexus (and Freeman Toyota) are family-owned, and the pride of ownership shows. I highly recommend this dealership both for sales and service.
I read some of the negative reviews here and they are so far off of my experience that they make no sense to me. In all my contacts with Freeman Lexus, they have always spoken and acted with integrity.
Today was my first experience at Freeman Lexus, Santa Rosa. I was very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. My car was fully serviced and even washed (they even cleaned the inside windshield leaving no streaks).
I would definitely recommend this dealer for auto servicing.
All of my family members bought car here when come the service it’s not Lexus service. People are not very nice they don’t do good job. My my new Lexus first service they scratch my car and they don’t even tell me about it.
We just drove up the coast to get a convertible LCertified Pre Owned for the summer. They answered our call and emails, sent us video of the car and it was such a great deal we drove 6 hours from Santa Barbara to go get it. Great Job Blake and Greg. Sunset with the top down, a warranty from Lexus and some service to boot. Wendy LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her car.
April 2017. I needed four new tires and an oil change. I made it clear that I absolutely, positively HAD to have my car ready by 2:00 pm, or I couldn't leave it. Brought it in at 8:30, per my appointment. I tried to check the status at 1:00 but my service adviser (Calli) was gone until 2:00. At 2:00 I was told it would be one more hour. At 3:30 I walked into the service area and saw my car was not being serviced. Eric, the service manager, was as unconcerned as the service adviser. Nobody cared...at all.
I was planning to buy another Lexus, but not anymore.
