Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip. Alice Ricks was the sales professional and provided all the details I needed to feel comfortable to make the purchase with GlennSmith Buick.
First time purchasing a vehicle, found the one I liked at Glynn Smith, called and spoke with Randy, he was very friendly and very helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure I was satisfied! I am very satisfied with my purchase, couldn't have asked for a better salesman! Will most definitely refer people to this dealership!
The dealership ,salesman,and the entire staff was all so nice and they work very hard to not only make customers comfortable buying a car,but they go all out to put you in the car you want.
Did the research at various dealers in person and on the internet. Saw a car at Glynn Smith that had what we wanted and the price was fair. Randy was friendly, professional, and knew the product which made the buying experience hassle free. Charles handled the paperwork in a similar fashion.
