Had a great experience with service department at this location, it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The team at Tacoma Audi have been fantastic. Just traded in my A4 for a newer model and the sales experience has been pleasant and painless. (Justin came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule). I have been bringing my vehicle here for 8 years and the service department has been top notch. Easy to book appointments, service advisors keep you up to date on your service, mechanics have been great, efficient and professional. Can't recommend this place enough.

Horrible customer service and terrible sales management. The sales guys are good but the little man behind the curtain, the sales manager, in this case Leon, is horrible. This dealership wasted my time and my money and Leon was indignant. No apology from Leon for the massive screw up on their part and zero effort to make it right. Leon's words to me "you didn't buy a car, you are not my customer". Well, I coordinated my long distance trip to buy a specific car and they allowed another sales guy to take the car I wanted to buy on a 200 mile, all day trip, to assist in the delivery of another vehicle. Yep, they knew I was coming, I spoke with sales guy before the dealership even opened and texted when I was leaving my home. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any company - Leon and Tacoma Audi get the "we will disrespect you" award.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Eugene was super helpful and understood our specific requirements. He and the team went above and beyond to get us approved through the Audi’s Foreign Business Professional Program. As this was specific requirement for us (and not many have details about it), Eugene and the team at Audi Tacoma not only figured out the exact procedure, but also kept us updated every step of the way. Very Transparent and Professional experience. Would definitely recommend if anyone wants a great personalised purchase experience!
