The entire process was great compared to a regular process. I was able to walk in say hello to my sales rep and then he showed me my vehicle. After confirming I wanted it the entire process was handled from my phone making it very easy. No pressure and a solid find.
This is my 5th CarMax purchase. I like the process and vehicles. Very satisfied with CarMax!
