I would not recommend this CarMax location to anyone!! I have gone back and forth with them regarding my car being ready for pick up! One of the salesman called me to let me know it was ready and that the Title had arrived. When I got there, I did the paperwork and test drive all for them to tell me that I couldn’t take the car that day because the Title hadn’t arrived!!! However, the manager took it upon himself to fill out the check from my credit union before knowing or telling me about the issue with the Title!! I will be going to the BBB as well as the Sheriff if I don’t have my car by tomorrow!!!!

Easiest car purchase ever made. Straight forward and nothing hidden. Can't recommend them enough. Joe Cirunay was fantastic as well as everyone I encountered.

Asked for more pictures of the vehicle - they did nothing. They had far fewer pictures than a normal ad. This is the second time a Carmax has been unresponsive. Don't waste your time with them!

Our purchasing experience with Carmax was great! we for the extended warrantly and when a problem occured it was covered just like promised . I would recommended Carmax
