I had a maintenance appointment on 11/10/25 for a oil change, check brakes (when I back up the car makes a squeaking noise), and to rotate my tires. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed the valve stem cap was missing from my front and back tire and the oil was splashed on my windshield wipers. And the issue with my car squeaking when I back up was not resolved. The mechanic that worked on my car seemed like they were in a rush. When I called to report this I spoke to many different customer service agents they said they wrote down a note to give to the manger but I never received a call back. I was disappointed that no one got back to me or offered for me to come in to get my car inspected and to replace the missing valve stem caps.

Very bad service! We made an appointment for warranty evaluation when I got there Rahil Abed to whom the appointment was made told me their warranty person and his manager is not there and I have to come back some other day. I ask why the appointment was taken when reps are not there he said nothing he can do. He got upset when I push to get the evaluation done. The work needed is only for them to take picture and put it on their receipt so the warranty can be claimed. Worst service experience

Horrible! Called for 2 weeks to try and contact Anthony in financing. Left 3 messages at the dealership and 1 on his personal phone. NO contact. Don't know what the issue is. All I wanted to do is buy a car! My friend bought a car with him and I went with her and she got terrific service. Me??? Not the case. Don't understand. Customer service apparently is not happening.

Needed to have 2 key remote FOBs programmed but didn't know if we needed an appointment. Called service and couldn't understand person on phone. I tried to send an email but their system requires that in order for the email to be sent you must agree to getting sales calls from this dealer and from Hyundai. Is this how to treat a 15 year customer/ Never again at this dealer. I get too many sales calls as it is.

We purchased a 2024 Tucson in 2023 and the sales team at the time were pretty good. We had our vehicle serviced a few months back and they did a service recall repair and oil change even though we had low mileage. When they were done we went to pick up the car and they didn't know where it was on the lot. I took my extra remote and eventually found it. They never submitted the paperwork to Hyundai that the recall was taken care of. I had to jump through hoops to prove to them that it was done. I had the paperwork that showed it. I worked with corporate and sent them the info who in turn got it all resolved for me. This dealership never even called me back when I left messages about this concern. They were not like this when we purchased our vehicle from them in 2023. Because of issues with Hyundai as a whole we chose to get rid of our vehicle and go with another brand. We purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle and in early December we filled out the paperwork for a refund that we are entitled to. Here we are two months later and finance can not tell us anything about where our refund is. We are continually told we will get back to you and that never happens. We have made an honest effort to call them and get this resolved, however they are not making an honest effort to get this resolved. We will never buy another vehicle from this dealer and are probably done with Hyundai as a whole. Something would be done a whole lot quicker if it was their money they were dealing with.
