This place is crooks, they will screw you over. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape from there and the first week of having it I had it work done. It has been one constant issue after another and Goldys is unwilling to make it right, Cameron a salesman there reach out to me and told me to bring the car in, they’d do everything they can. I took it there and they were only willing to trade my car in at 3,000 dollars because it’s had issues, when I still owe 14,000. The place is a joke, and I want to save someone else from the xxxx that I’ve been through. When I went Cameron had a picture of a xxxxx hanging on a trophy in his office and a vape sitting in plain sight, very unprofessional. I am now blocked on Facebook because the dealership doesn’t want bad reviews, they want to keep screwing people over.
Do NOT take your vehicle here for Service. They will make the issue worse and then after they screw up on your vehicle the only solution they'll give you is to trade up. No accountability or integrity. Just a bunch of scam artists.

Had a great experience buying a car from out of state from these guys. Top notch service - exceeded my expectations. Adam Plyler is an excellent salesperson - went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I was after and made buying out of state a smooth and easy process.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves having to replace our 2017 Jeep Latitude, which we purchased from Goldy. I found a great price online, sent an inquiry-was told that vehicle had all available discounts applied in the price quoted, which few qualify for. I knew to expect an increase in price, but not the $10,000+ more than advertised! So disappointed! I will say that they promptly responded to my inquiry and the salesperson seemed personable, but definitely steered us away from the vehicle we asked about. He didn't offer to see what discounts we would have qualified for. At least that way we would have had some idea of the actual price of the vehicle to help us make an informed decision. I have since checked the website, and it seems that they have now listed the vehicle as "inquire for price" instead of an actual price listed. Wasted a trip, and definitely will look else where for a replacement.
