I bought a brand new truck from Binghamton Chrysler in 2019 I came back to do business, you would think they would want to do business with a local person, instead they insult and lie to your face. Never would I recommend this place. If they can’t screw you they don’t want your business. Pretty sad deal.

I will no longer do business with this dealership, they had my ram for almost 5 months and after spending over 5,000.00 dollars was told by the service manager that they hope to never see us again and asked us if we knew where the Mathews dealership was so we could take our future business dealings there, we have made several attempts to speak to Mark Dell about this issue and he does not return our calls, so at this point I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and filing a formal complaint and the fact that I belong to a couple of car clubs I will be passing on my experience with a lot of friends, bad news travels fast.

Made an appointment for 9 AM. for NYS inspection. Dropped the truck off the afternoon before. Went to get my truck at 2:05 PM day of appointment and they hadn't started it yet. BUYER BEWARE. Service is terrible.

Horrible customer service. Won’t return calls. Wouldn’t give me paperwork to get PA plates. After dozens of calls, the manager finally told me my plates were at a notary an hour away, so I had to leave work and go pick them up, since the in transit tag expired that day. Very unprofessional transaction on Binghamton Chrylers part.

Had the best experience in buying a car. Andy was awesome to work with thru the whole experience. Definitely will recommend this place. Thank you
