Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade. July 17th 2025. I live in Pennsylvania. Its NOW Oct 6th 2025 and I am still unable to register this vehicle in the state of PA Without the original title. ALLY is my financing company. After countless calls, emails and discussions this is totally unacceptable and illegal that the dealer is unable and unwilling to assist. Excuses excuses excuses. Countless emails WERE not RESPONDED TO AND CALL BACKS DO NOT EXIST. Poor communications to say the least. Highly NOT recommended if you live outside of Ohio. I am a disabled Veteran and they really did NOTHING to help resolve this issue other then to blame the Finance company and wash their hands of the issue. I do not recommend this dealership period.
