They were friendly, professional & accommodating. Jen went out of her way to get us in when we were having an issue. She kept us informed during the entire process. They are busy as with so many businesses they are shortstaffed but it was worth the wait as everything is fixed and I’ll be back for preventative services she offered at a later time! Was a mixup in communication. I made appt 10 days prior but was not on schedule. But service took my information and got my truck serviced for our return home following my mom’s passing in June. We’re treated like kings during our experience and my bill was less than anticipated Thank you
