Perhaps the single best purchasing experience of my life. I'll start with Mike P., my salesperson. Mike initiated contact with me on the vehicle I was interested in and was open to a number of options when it looked like the vehicle was out of range for me. Lee, Sales Manager, threw the kitchen sink at the deal while I was at another dealership about to sign on another car. That dealership opened a door for me to leave, but Lee's work made me run through it. Finally, Ted in Finance was an incredibly personal, laid back person who showed care for me more than a need to maximize profit on a deal. It was worth the drive to be treated so well and to get such a great deal.

I had a great experience buying my first new car from Ourisman Ford, from the extremely friendly staff. from the general manager to the finance manager and my salesman KD! He was absolutely awesome! Great job KD!

If you have a choice and you care about service you should avoid Ourisman Lincoln in Alexandria. The first clue is that it is virtually impossible to speak to a real person. The phone system moves you around to nowhere until you give up. If you only need standard maintenance (and recalls are NOT standard maintenance but are frequent on our vehicle) you can get scheduled without speaking to a live person. Once you arrive you rarely get a service professional, you typically get an admin just taking the keys and checking you in; forget about any discussion on what is needed or what is done. When you do get a service professional, they try to be helpful, but my experience is that none of their workers have more than a few months of experience so good luck trying to link any repairs to previous visits. Despite numerous promises and good intent, the service in intolerable! This is with an $80k vehicle so not sure how to get their attention.

If anything goes wrong with your car, this dealership is unprofessional in nearly every regard. Dirty, smelly loaner cars. No status updates after weeks with your car. Promises of fixes without actually fixing issues.

Dealership provide extremely good service as it relates to the purchase of my suv,would strongly recommend this particular Dealership!!
