Was super friendly, fast and just made my experience very pleasant. I was in and out in 3 hours or less
Was very professional despite it being a very busy day for them. The communication was really good and they kept me inform throughout my visit.

Josh Shepherd was very helpful and convincing with the new car, each program, the financials. Gene Preskitt was forgiving with our trade-car value.
They were very professional. Seemed overbooked at the time. Wait time was too long, 2.5 hours. Probably because it was a Saturday and in the middle of the day. I also asked for the inside of rear windshield be cleaned from a smog film and it wasn't cleaned off
Always a pleasant environment with a staff committed to service excellence. I would always referee family and friends to the Rockwall location.
