I would definitely buy a car again from Niello Volvo. The sales team was helpful and transparent allowing me to negotiate a good deal on my new car then on my trade in. I really appreciated the financial manager didn't push me into buying any add ons after I had clearly stated I did not want any. Al in all a great car buying experience.

Really great experience with Raj and Justin on a used car that I've been looking for for a long time. They acquire very well maintained used cars, in good shape, and worked with me on the pricing and the "mandatory" extras. I don't agree at all on the "required, non-removable" extras, but we came to an agreement on it. They put theft recovery trackers on all their cars that can't be removed. They are expensive, and we don't need anything more to track us. If I want theft recovery tracking on my vehicles, I'll ask for it. So ridiculous.
