Fidel MartÃnez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Experience was absolutely phenomenal. Our sales person Mr Jose Delara was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with an extremely friendly staff. Every single person there working was warm, friendly and courteous.This location is further for me than other locations but due to the attention to details we got, the professionalism, friendliness and just the kindness we experienced, I am willing to make the drive again and again. Mr. Delara made every effort to work with us and meet our goals along with the staff. Kia of Round Rock is worth driving to purchase a vehicle because they treat their customers with the utmost professionalism and customer care to the core.
