great service - keep me in formed about my service and took care of everything that I was concern with - took a while to get to the root of the issue, but I was happy about the outcome - rather it be long and done right then quick and having to return - Oscar was of great help and support
Envision has, for the most part, taken care of my vehicles with no issues. Although this visit there were some hiccups the service department came through in the end. Just wish it would have been resolved sooner.
Taking your car in for extended warrantee work during holidays provides a few challenges being that in our case you we needed to deal with a third party extended warrantee provider and varied holiday hours. The experience was great, the service representative kept us informed, provided us with options, gave suggestions, and the service was completed sooner than the estimated completion date.

Good service from this dealership. They were able to get my jeep serviced on a Saturday at 1pm and got it back at 3pm. Oil and cooling system service was great
