Service and tire rotation in and out in 45 minutes. Brittany and the crew are great. I bought my truck there almost 5 years ago and they have treated me great.

I have been a customer of Reichenbach Chevrolet for about seven years - am on my second Chevy Traverse that I purchased from them. As to sales, obviously I am happy because I went back and bought my second car from them. Regarding service, I have had nothing but good experiences. They do the work well, on time, and for reasonable costs. One of the people in the Service Dept is particularly good - his name is Sean. Over time, Sean has figured out problems and found solutions to provide excellent customer service. This morning was a good example.... I thought I had a problem with a key fob, and was expecting that I was going to have to buy a new one, and I knew that they are not inexpensive. I walked into the Service Dept, found Sean, and told him what my problem was. He pulled out a pocket knife, spent about 30 seconds, and solved the problem. It showed me that (1) Sean is quite knowledgable with the little details, and, (2) he seemed to take pride in being able to solve a customer's problem quickly. Bottom line is that I continue to be completely happy with my experiences with Reichenbach Chevrolet.
I have a lot of friends that bring there vehicle to be serviced. First off the person that makes appointments and gives the techs the info they need are not the ones servicing your vehicle! Secondly they have a manager above them that says what they can or can’t do. Stop being so negative to the person in front of you and take it up with the person behind the door!
Very disappointed in costumer service at MR Chevrolet. I took my 2021 Silverado in to have oil change, less than 1 mile up the road all my alarms started going off. They gave me an appointment for a week later to look at it, I was told by Britney in service dept. that they needed a part which was not in stores and was back ordered. They kept my vehicle for a week, I called them and said I need a loaner car to get to and from work and was told by the service department manager that I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a loaner car. I was told by Steve , one of the managers to rent a car and I would be reimbursed .After a week of renting a car for over $300 and not having anyone call me with up date I took in my receipt and took my truck home. To this day 6 weeks laterStill have not got my money back or heard anything about the part. I had a family emergency in New York which I had no vehicle to drive back so I ended up flying in renting a car there. Tomorrow I intend to call the owner of the dealership, and friends of mine who work at other dealerships to see if I can get this part. After Six weeks of waiting on a part I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service that the whole dealership has given me. I have been a customer from the day they opened and purchased TEN vehicles from them. Will no longer do business with this dealer.
First time oil change on 2022 Traverse, tech spilled oil all over engine and never cleaned up , after I start driving home car almost caught in fire. Had to stop by car wash and clean it by myself. This used to be great place to take a car for service , I don't belive so anymore, don't know what happend to them. I guess next oil change will be done in my garage
