Warren, the service manager, sets the tone there, and I've never experienced such great service anywhere. He's attentive, caring, utterly professional and runs a great shop. The prices are fair, the service is personal. I thought maybe it was my impression only, but the other day I was in the waiting room and heard him patiently explain to another customer why her battery went bad, the difference between batteries and how she can get the most out of her battery. He was respectful of her questions and inquiries. I hope he stays there as long as I own an Infiniti.
