What Others Say
Wow audi of Bridgewater is the best. I can't say enough I had an amazing experience from start to finish . The manager Keith and my sales rep Ed went out of there way to make me a very happy customer. I will recommend audi of Bridgewater to everybody. If you need a new audi go see them and make sure to ask for Ed and Keith. Thanks again my wife loves the car
Purchased an Audi RS3 last June. Great deal and held to their word a year later on my Audi Care. Thanks
I’m pretty unhappy with this dealership for 2 reasons.
1) After a couple months of ownership, the weather got colder and I noticed the heated steering wheel didn’t work. I called the Service department and they said I would need a loaner car and it would be 6 weeks until one was available. I called another Audi dealership and they gave me a loaner in 2 weeks and got me a new steering wheel.
2) A few months later, I thought I should have bought an Audi with a few more options, so I went back to Audi Bridgewater and met with my salesman (good guy).
I had paid $67,000.00+ for my car and it now had 3,300 miles on it. They had a used car with 2,200 miles and a sticker price of $88,000.00+.
I knew I would lose more than I wanted, but they were ridiculously unfair.
They offered me $44,000.00 for my car, a 35% hit and discounted their car $4,000.00, a $5,000.00 hit to them.
I know they are in business to make money, but this is not how you build a relationship.
I offered them my car and $21,000.00 and even increased my offer to $25,000.00 and I was told to try and sell my car on my own.
I’m passing on this offer and my next car will come from Bell Audi.
2/20/23 - update, Bell gave me $10,000.00 more than Bridgewater Audi and I bought an RS5 Sportback.
I sent my Car for 2 tires to be changed. They had recommended my rear brakes be changed which they reminded me at beginning of this appointment. After picking up my car not 3 minutes driving the break light comes on. I have never had brake light on before. Quite a coincidence. I called and spoke to Ttayh-Anthony Hyatt. and got the response" if you want the brake light to come off ,fix your brakes". I am so upset . Once the audi care expires they find a million things wrong to get your money but while your car is under warranty nothing is wrong. Stay away from them. I am never going back there.
Very poor service, kept car for over a 5 month period returned car worse than prior. We spent $3,800 on the initial service to fix a check engine light. Within a few months the light came on again. They kept the car for over 4 months, then only gave us back the car after our repeated follow ups. They claimed it was fixed, then the light came on again. We then returned it yet again, they sat on it for another 5 months with absolutely no updates. We then escalated it to the managers Michelle Sellers, and they claimed it was because of the age of the car. How can you blame the age of the car after having kept it for extended periods of time? How do we know they did not damage the car while it was with them for long periods of time? This is still unresolved. I would never trust this dealer or team ever again!
I recently had to have may car serviced due to catastrophic engine failure on my 5 year old Audi. I contact Audi Customer Service which gave me $1,000 credit to my bill of over $4,300. When I went to pick up my car I presented a service coupon which 10% on Audi services and parts (without any restrictions except can not exceed $500) and the dealership refused to honor it. After pressing the matter they well then they would simply not honor the Audi Customer Service credit. When I stated there was nothing regarding this in the service special on their web site they told me they again would not honor it. Overall miserable experience; poor communication, poor service with 4 weeks at dealership and having to wait two weeks for them to provide my loaner car.
