None, recently bought a used truck and get it home and transmission is screwed up, Called two days in a row and still awaiting a call back

We had an emergency repair on our pickup while traveling. Awesome was helpful and went out of their way to get our pickup fixed within 24 hours of when we contacted them. Can’t say enough good about them. Thanks to all the service department!

I had a very pleasant experience with the Sales Team. I had found a truck I was potentially interested in online, and Bobby was kind enough to meet with my wife and I on short notice. Unfortunately since we were coming from Tacoma, by the time we arrived Bobby was helping other folks. Bobby had respectfully excused himself, to say hi, and made sure my wife and I were taken care of by Hailey and her manager, Ryan. The entire sales team is fantastic, and transparent as can be. They are fair on their trade evaluations, and do not play the "hide the peanut" game. For example, if you find value on some of their optional add-ons, you are free to take it or leave it with no real pressure. If you can afford it, and plan to hold on to your investment for a long time, I think some of their offerings are more than worth while. Finance was also a pleasant experience. Lexi is amiable, and a straight shooter. She doesn't hold you in the finance office longer than she has to. She had everything ready before I step foot into her office, and was kind throughout the whole process. This dealership is truly amazing to work with. To put it into perspective, my wife and I had driven all the way down to Chehalis to make check them out because our experience at dealerships like Titus will wasn't all that impressive. In all, great truck, great people, and awesome experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Awesome Ford to anyone in the market for a New (or used) car.

Had an appointment with a finical sale person schedule, I showed up, waited around 20 minutes, no one offered to help or even approached me, meanwhile, 4 sales man where outside the door, I was inside the building with 3 men who were to busy eating lunch to want my business.
