What Others Say

Prompt, courteous, very accommodating. I explained my needs/wants and they helped every step of the way until completion of the deal.

They never called or sent s message about the availability of the car in question

This dealership sucks they were not only try to sell you a piece of xxxx they will turn around and sell your finance to another finance company at a higher rate after you’ve already signed the paperwork and have the car for 6+ months if I was you guys I would not get a car from that then when you try and say hey you said you’re gonna fix if you’re gonna fix that they never do so I wouldn’t go thereThe owner the guy is very rude the lady does not know how to do Accounting work

Sam and Anna are the BEST! I have had trouble since COVID and they are working w me. I CAN'T say enough on their behalf! Awesome people to work with!!! Ruth B.

The people were extremely helpful and I received an excellent deal on a good, clean car. They also were very understanding and easy to work with when i was personally in a financial crunch.

The WORST!!! I didn't even buy a car and my experience suuuuucked! Still shaken from shock of it all. They DO NOT stay late. They DO NOT appreciate you taking their cars to off site professions without notifying them... even if you didn't know that you had to Ask. I test drove Two vehicles without ID or dealer plates... illegal... but my fault bc i didnt ask...???... 1st BUICK SUB with serious body damage, a drivers side seat belt that doesn't latch, four low flat tires & empty tank & maint light on. I put 5 gals in the tank, and drove it right back to dealer to have tires filled upon notice. I thought flat tires might be reason suspension/alignment light on, but when it didn't turn off I was told it's bc I had it in 4wheel drive. It wasn’t. The light was a Fix it light. Still maybe the car is great deal at $2500, Just not the good family car list on Craigslist. I let it go & decide to test the Santa Fe. 2nd Santa Fe: I drove off the lot with another low tire. Tire Light + fuel light on again in another car. Sigh. I go to a different fuel station add 5 gals and then lose 2'quarters to dead air compressor. Eff it, we'll see how rolls anyway. It's a nice ride & a fair price. If there is nothing major I could buy & get fixed by my local guy. I go a little further but avoid opening it up on a HWY. I stop at another fuel station to put air in tires and I CHECK under hood as one does when interested in used car. Side note::: What is wrong with Air compressors at fuel stations in North ATX?!? I say bye to 2 more quarters, but everything looks alright. Still interested bc itd be nice to have solid SUV. At 3:30 (30 mins til they close) I'm returning from Anderson lane, it's not that far. I smell burning oil but think it might be city traffic. I'm paranoid tho. Oooh there's Galaxy Auto. Let me be nice and get air in the tire... while also ensuring Im safe. I ask if they Can check under hood. It looked fine to me but I am smelling oil. Sure, they can do quick inspection for $45. Sweet! I was seriously interested in buying the vehicle. Why else would I spend that $45?!? It's 3 mins til 4pm, when dealer closes. I receive text asking where I'm at bc they're about to close. I tell them exactly where I'm at. NOW I’m informed that I was supposed to let them know if I intended to take it for outside inspection so they could get ID and sign ppwk. I understand their mistake so I send Pic of Id and insurance & feel bad about being behind time. i figd it may be okay eso if they make sale. They could have. 2007 Santa Fe with 107k miles for $4950 is an ok deal even if its had little maintenance w worn timing belt, valves leal (hence smell) that could cause engine fire w no repair, cheap battery & another thing. They can go to galaxy and see whats up if they care to do due diligence. But Galaxy has proof that I drove that car even if this post is contested or deleted. I pay & drive back 15 mins to go 5 miles. Then greeted by silent dealer mean mugging me. Body language def tells me he is more interested in making me feel like crap rather than selling to me. I give him keys & say nothing until I walk out the door. I don't feel sorry 4 being late anymore. I whipped my head around and said “I guess you don’t want to sell that car today.” I make it to my car across the street at 4:15/20 & he starts yelling from across the street about time & ppwk. He shouts "You never asked!?!" Me: About?!? Him: Inspection! I shout "I didn't know I was supposed to!?! ". And pointlessly explain that inspection was to ensure my safety while driving back. I tell him what was wrong with oil & say youre welcome. I was going to buy vehicle until his attitude. He shouts "the right person will buy it" Sure. maybe someone who doesn’t care about themselves or know about due diligence. Still shaken by this experience
