Quick oil change but disappointing first service overall based on what we were promised and expecting having spent so much on a warranty and were told upon purchasing from this same dealership. This was our first service performed since buying from Southern jeep western branch. Upon entering we spoke about who I had been in contact with, Ty, about issues before this service up to this point. While he had been very kind and communicative it had stopped after a few text conversations over the last month and I received no other communications from him. We finally got to our first service interval and went in to address the concerns as well as take care of the first servicing. When we first arrived at 8am, Ty was there and helped us get everything set up for our first oil change. He asked if we wanted to get our tires rotated as well which we did and said yes to. He told us they would reach out that afternoon when it was finished. We ended up getting a text at 1030a after it was done and we were happy it was early. They sent us a video of it being inspected underneath prior to this and were pleased with that as well. Come to find out after we left, that the tires were not rotated and the alerts were still coming up to check tires and to change oil filter. While I am still recommending this service center, I am disappointed that this is my first impression after having been convinced to trust and purchase from this dealership and even go the extra ($)10,000 miles and purchase a full warranty for the next 8 years. We just haven’t been happy with what we’ve been given thus far and feel we would much rather have given more thought to what we purchased and possibly even from where. I hope when we finally get the issue corrected next month that requires a loaner, 4 months after trying to address it, that we can get the tires rotated and alerts cleared and get back into the expected side of service and standards from Southern auto group in Western Branch, Chesapeake.

Excellent customer service from this location! Ty and Nicole are awesome and super polite. This is my preferred Mopar dealership for sure.

I bought my 2024 Dodge Scat Pack at Hampton banister Dodge Jeep when my car wouldn't start in my garage in Suffolk I had it towed to the dealership in Route 17 Western Branch very good service from Nicole very friendly very helpful got my car in a reasonable amount of time will definitely refer this dealership for service

Honest, didnt try to upsell, and kept me well updated the entire time it was in service.

They were very helpful in answering questions. They also gave me some advice and opinions on what should be done to keep my car in good condition.

Service was excellent. My service manager Ty Brown was extremely polite and friendly. The entire staff was top notch.
