Only hiccup which I will chalk up to a miscommunication was that I wanted to compare financing rates before determining who to finance with. Unfortunately this was not related to the finance department and they proceeding with opening the loan with a higher rate than my bank offered. After working with Amanda, she was able to address my concerns and got my monthly payment where I expected it to be. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make us satisfied with the purchase.
