I'm so happy with the service at Fox Mazda. They take time to get it right; they take time to make sure you know what is wrong. I've never had better service from a dealership. It is like the service you get from Apple.

Went to Fox Mazda looking for a car. I found one, and it was decent. It was quite a bit of money, and it only came with one key fob. They refused to provide a second one, despite having the ability to MAKE a key on the spot. Apparently they don't care about their customers. They messed up on the paperwork several times, which my wife caught and got corrected. Then they printed the form to show what would appear on the registration. The form was correct... but the registration had the wrong license plate number. We missed it because the form was accurate so we thought that's what would actually print on the registration. My wife called and let them know this, one of their multitude of mistakes. They claimed they would overnight a license plate that matched. Here I am, the next night, and no license plate. They don't seem to care about the customer, only making as much money on the sale as possible, and not actually following up with what they claim they are going to do.

Need I say more?? Took vehicle that has 33,000 miles on it in with no transmission leak and came home with one. Maybe ironic, but seems near impossible.

The past three times I have tryed to schedule appointment for service a week out the come back is always we won't be able to schedule you on the day I needed but in two weeks we will be able too. This is after I tell them I live in St Ignace.. Now I will be buying a new car next fall and I now realize I won't be buying it from Fox.. Promise the world and deliver dirt. Also a side note this service I needed was a recall not my choice, so dealer and manufacturer is too blame for a dissatisfied customer. Mike McMahon
