No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! Thank you Rafael for making the first call and showing a Trim I really didn’t know about.

After reviewing several cars and trucks online, I ultimately chose the Mazda CX-30. The price was right, and the service was great. My sales representative Andre was a true professional. I am glad I chose this vehicle. I love it.
Buying a car from Passport was one of the better experiences I have had car buying. And it particularly stood out in the current environment. First, because they had cars. Second, because the price was fair. My salesman, though young, was knowledgeable and blessedly low key. The sales manager was helpful and friendly. Finance is required to run through add-ons that I did not want but even they were quick and did not pressure me. And finally I brought the car in for service to add an option. It seemed busy, but I was brought in in time and it was finished in half the estimated time.
I ultimately didn't end up purchasing from this dealership because I needed a car on a shorter timeline than their soonest deliveries, but I will definitely consider them in the future. This is one of the only dealers in the area that was responsive and straightforward. Jay provided a price quote when asked (at MSRP, no market adjustments), helped me understand fees another dealer might try to tack on, and responded in a prompt manner. Other dealers I tried to work with wouldn't provide price quotes or would try to hide their market adjustments, were unreachable by phone or email, or (in one case) would tell me they had the car I wanted on the lot to get me to come down when really it still hadn't been delivered into port. I wish I hadn't needed a car so soon so I could have rewarded the good behavior of this dealership with a sale.
Sales and Finance were both professional and personable. We received a good trade value. Hoping the maintenance package is worth the money.
